ABB Purgemaster 流量計(jì)是一款小量程變面積流量計(jì)，適用于液體和氣體，其單一產(chǎn)品系列設(shè)計(jì)中包含多種材質(zhì)和量程長度選擇。該流量計(jì)以最少的組件實(shí)現(xiàn)了最佳的靈活性。流量計(jì)采用耐腐蝕、高強(qiáng)度不銹鋼外殼，快速便捷的卡扣式管路結(jié)構(gòu)，以及經(jīng)過安全測試的操作人員防護(hù)罩。

此外，還可選配差壓調(diào)節(jié)器，即使在壓力波動(dòng)的情況下也能保持液體或氣體的恒定流量。該調(diào)節(jié)器以組件形式預(yù)先連接到流量計(jì)，可直接使用。

ABB Purgemaster Flowmeters are low capacity variable area flowmeters for both liquid and gas with an excellent selection of material and scale lengths in a single product family design. They provide optimum flexibility with a minimum number of components. The meter features a corrosion resistant, high strength stainless steel body, quick, easy snap-in tube construction and a safety tested operator protection shield.

A differential pressure regulator is available, which will maintain a constant flowrate of a liquid or gas even when there are pressure variations. It is supplied piped into the meter as an assembly, ready to use.

VHS流量變送器采用體積測量原理測量流量，適用于流體、粘性介質(zhì)和潤滑介質(zhì)（例如潤滑油）。如果VHS的材質(zhì)選擇得當(dāng)，只要具有足夠的潤滑性，也可以測量具有非磨蝕性的水性流體，例如肥皂、膏體和乳液。由于采用體積測量原理，該裝置幾乎不受粘度的影響。

The VHS flow transmitter measures the flow using the volumetric principle, and is suitable for fluid, viscous, lubricant media (e.g. lubricating oil). If the material for the VHS is selected appropriately, aqueous fluids such as soaps, pastes, and emulsions with non-abrasive characteristics can also be measured, as long as they have sufficient lubricity. Because of the volumetric functioning principle, the device is almost completely independent of viscosity.

The VHS system consists of two interlacing screws which run in opposite directions, driven by the flowing medium. A magnetically pre-tensioned Hall sensor positioned outside the flow space detects the screw flanks, and creates a frequency signal proportional to the flow. Here, every pulse corresponds to a specific measured volume. There are no magnets in the flow space.
